This UID matches Frank's overall physical characteristics but she was found over six hours away and her clothing description doesn't match what Frank was last seen wearing. There has been some discussion that Frank may have been hospitalized and the UID was wearing a disposable scrub top and treaded slipper socks from a hospital:

according to the linked article:

"......She had salt-and-pepper hair that appeared to be dyed brown, authorities said, adding that she had no scars or tattoos."

If I am not mistaken, in one of the pics of Frank she appeared to have a tattoo on the left leg. I believe the pic was on FB.

can anyone confirm this? i can't access FB at the moment.

The UID is 5'7" and Frank is 5'5"...otherwise the description seems extremely close.

Nope. The FB page is still active and friends and family still post there, but no news.

The Help Find Frank Goldberg FB page noted the 6-month anniversary on June 16th. Frank's sister seems to believe that she is deceased and has started a scholarship fund in her name to help LGBT people who struggle with addiction.

Any news? The family believes she is dead? Why? No body has ever been found from all the articles i have researched...Bumping!

IIRC, Frank was despondent when she disappeared. A few months along the line the family stated on the FB page that they think or hope she might be in rehab somewhere (so she must have suffered from addiction at a point in her life). I think just because her body hasn't been found, stil several things indicate she could have commited suicide.

is it possible Frank is in a long term rehab program?? Some last longer than 28 days....am thinking of the basketball player whose names escapes me-(Chris Herndan maybe?) who IIRC was in long term programs and had no contact with family or the outside world.

Sadly, after a year, there is still no news, and all that is left is uncomfortable speculation. We can't ignore the fact that the general area Frank was last seen in is a very short distance from the Niagara River, which is known for its swift current that claims lives every year. Typically, an accidental drowning victim's body is found eventually, but the Niagara River does lead to the Niagara Falls, and if a distraught person was intent on taking their own life, is it possible the body might not surface?
