State police are asking for help finding a missing St. Lawrence County teenager.

Troopers say 17 year old Gavin Simmons was last seen leaving his town of Fowler home at around 11:30 a.m. on March 27.

Police say they think he's heading toward Gouverneur or Watertown.
He's described as being 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds.

He has brown hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, light-colored blue jeans, and silver Nike sneakers.

State police say 17 year old Gavin Simmons was located in good health Thursday by the Watertown Police Department.

He was returned to St. Lawrence County and arraigned in Fowler town court "for failure to meet conditions of a previous adjudication," troopers say.
