Oh goodie, live feed is up for April and Scooter and dad! April is doing quite a bit of pacing.

On another note, tinykittens as of last night got a surprise with 4 more feral kitties and it's on live feed in addition to the other one with Corsica and her kitties

Yes, I think April is ready to go back outside. She stared out the window for a bit and then went back to pacing back and forth. Scooter seems to have gotten very independent but still likes to hide off camera!

Oh, in case people wonder why Shelly is dressed in a clean suit with blue nitrile gloves (CSI style) in that room with the new kitties.. They are in isolation protection for ringworm potentially.

Everything that comes out of that room has to be sanitized so it will not potentially spread to the other kittens.

I really hope the cam comes back! Baby boy just left for his first road trip and I need something to occupy my time so I don't worry so much!! He and 2 of his buddies are going on a 2 week adventure to California to visit one of the boy's sister and then will take a detour around the states on the way back to do some sight seeing and camping. Ugh! I should have locked him in that closet!!

I just received a text alert that says...Rumor is the cam is coming back - stay tuned!

Also, Scooter is now 6'6" and 220 lbs! :loveyou:

AA just posted a video to their FB page saying the cam will be back up Sunday-Friday from 4-8pm.

Okay, LaborDay, you are not spying close enough! Baby boy is broken down on the side of a highway in San Diego (HWY 75) because their vehicle lost its starter. My husband, being Batman and all, has rescued many a child because of car problems so my daughter was getting ready to pack her things to go on a road trip with her dad. Nope, not this time. Batman's sidekick can fix it if he can find tools and a parts place but if not, not my vehicle! His buddies parents can pay for this one.

I was very lucky I did not spend much time in the closet!!!!!!!!!!!

! What name did they give him ? I have filed for a name change back to Scooter in the giraffe court of name changes

They named him Scooter? I thought I saw another name but I don't recall it. It sounded kind of Disney African...

CARIIS named him Scooter on these threads, before the giraffe had a name.

The regulars on the thread loved the name, so a lot of us still call him that.

BTW... CARIIS is the giraffe's grandfather (shhh, only those on the threads here know that) so he should know best what the giraffe's name is.

Animal Adventure Park announced Thursday afternoon that it would be expanding their live camera coverage to Sunday through Friday from 4-8 pm (Eastern) each day.

The park will also be going live on Tuesday and Thursdays at noon (Eastern) for the next four months to feature more of the animals.
