Can civil suits be filed against him for the seniors?

Probably not against him individually. Suits would need to be brought against the State of New York. He could be names in a suit, but he would just say he was acting in his capacity as the Governor.

Yeah, I understand about "shifting lines" and being attracted to people at work*. That's really not the problem, despite his protestations. I also understand making poor judgment calls in the fog of a crisis. What he needs to be held accountable for is the lies and for the bullying, silencing, workplace culture that he and too many other people in power build as a shield to cover for their mistakes and corruption.

*And there is NO excuse for demeaning a trooper by putting her on your detail because you want to harass her.

As a local, all I have to say is how disappointed i am in Cuomo. He was well-regarded by the people of NYC. And now his legacy is tarnished forever. His father must be rolling over in his grave.

What’s the 2 weeks notice about? I would be concerned about him tampering with evidence. There has to be a reason behind that.

He should have 2 escorts at all times in and out of the office and building. Hopefully they have changed locks and have a minimal set of keys.

There is no reason for him to be allowed to stay on for any amount of time. Hopefully they have managed to get digital evidence too.
