This guy is such a creep. He needs to deal with the dog instead of leaving it for someone else to deal with. As much as I hate to say it, the dog may need to be euthanized and maybe he couldn't face that but it's all part of being a responsible dog owner. Responsible may be the key word here.

Saw a presser on Fox with the sheriff. Apparently this was leaked, Cuomo team had no warning. Sheriff said this is a solid case, a misdemeanor but AC could end up on a sexual predator list. Cuomo to appear in court on November 17. They are not expecting him to not appear for any reason.
