Only exploring I'd recommend is downstream, north of downtown, between downtown and Lake Ontario. Even along there the shear rock sides are over 200 feet in spots.

I meant to mention in my last post the drop from the bridge is around 20 feet, the drop from the sides downtown would be around 30.
