A*bench trial is underway in the case of*Herman Robinson, who is accused of raping a young girl, impregnating her, and killing the baby after delivering it.
A judge is expected to decide his fate. The case dates back to 2006, when authorities say the 38-year old*sexually abused a young girl for more than six years, starting when she*was just 11-years-old.

Coccoma found Robinson guilty in April at a non-jury trial requested by the defendant. Robinson was convicted of second-degree murder, predatory sexual assault against a child and six other counts.
