Could be Jean Jaques Cantin missing from Quebec in 1993. He was 5'11 and 21 years old.

"On July 5, 1993, Jean-Jacques Cantin was seen for the last time in the Ahuntsic district of Montreal, Quebec. His mother went to his apartment where she found packages that were prepared for different people. His personal belongings and clothes had disappeared."
