Jayla Simmons, 14, reportedly went missing around 7:30 a.m., Monday from her home on 120 Street in Richmond Hill. She is described as being 5-foot-5 and weighing 135 pounds. Simmons was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, blue sweatpants, a grey sweatshirt and tan boots.
