She probably didn't want to tell her friend she was actually going to this guys house. I'm sure she knew they would have a fit if they knew she planned to do that instead of meeting at the 120.

That makes sense! I assumed that he was sending those texts and trying to convince her friend that she needed to take a break/get away for the kids’ sake.

Great work by the NYSPD locating her so quickly and arresting her murderer so quick.

A heavy reminder for all victims of DV to have their wits about them when exchanging custody of children, to do it in a public place and to notify friends/family verbally before and after pick-up. These disgusting monsters are capable of just about anything.

#BREAKING: MISSING MOM'S REMAINS FOUND IN STORAGE FACILITY: PIX 11 has been flying over the Staten Island storage facility, located at 7 Arden Avenue, where the remains of #missing mom, Jeanine Cammarata, were found Thursday morning. As you can see in the footage, workers from the Medical Examiner's office and Crime Scene Unit are wearing white suits to gather evidence and handle the remains. Cammarata, a school teacher and mother of 3 children, was last seen Saturday night. Her estranged husband has been in police custody on assault and stalking charges. Cammarata missed school--and a family court hearing--this past Monday.

With video cameras literally everywhere in NYC, as well as license plate readers,

penalties should be stiffer for those attempting to destroy bodies after death

Not defending him, but outright murder may not have been his aim. He may have beaten and strangled her in a blind rage without meaning to actually kill her.

just starting to follow this case. funny how she disappeared right before a custody hearing. those are so charged, been there and done that.
