GUILTY NY - Jeanine Cammarata, 37, teacher, didn’t show up at work, Staten Island, 30 Mar 2019 *ARRESTS*

3 children who will never see their mother again.
2 children who have lost their father as well.
Countless people who have lost their friend, Jeanine.
Countless students who have lost their teacher.
Jeanine's family have lost her.
Michael's family and friends have lost him.
Ayisha's family and friends have lost her.

SO. MUCH. LOSS.

Because one small little man couldn't manage rejection. FOR NOTHING.

Heartbreaking.

Looks as if he had found a more compatible partner. Too bad it wasn't years ago:

Secretary charged with aiding escape at halfway house

OCALA -- A secretary at an Ocala halfway house has been arrested and charged with hiding one of the convicts at the re-entry house in her own home, in the attic.

<snip>

In his report, Cpl. Diesso said he made contact with Egea, and told her that he was looking for Jackson. At the front door, Egea refused to let the officer search her home.
Diesso then told Egea that he was going to call Johnson. Egea told the officer that once Johnson arrived, she would allow her supervisor to search the home.

Ha! Yes, I love that ^^

I'd expect that he did appear

I am adding on to the court appearance

Jeanine's friend Jessica, (who she has known for 25 years) husband AJ, talked about this in the Nancy Grace Podcast yesterday. He said, " MC already knew she would not appear Monday in court. He already knew she was not going to be there! To me that takes a special kind of EVIL."

More from the podcast

AJ and his wife have been dealing with MC's stalking, harassing JC, on and off for seven years. They never saw the physical abuse, he said, they only knew the stories JC told them, and what they heard over the phone. JC would call Jessica and AJ without saying a word during a fight, so they could listen to everything that was going on. One time they were so fearful of what could happen to their friend, they got into their car and drove from NJ to JC''s house.

"But three years ago the abuse stopped when JC fell in love and was dating someone for one and a half years. He passed away, sadly, from a diabetes related illness which crushed her. Then she meant Aaron, her current boyfriend at the dollar tree and MC was out of the picture by then for quite a long time. The fact that this all happened again, is just so sudden, we don't know what to think, we are crushed."

Crime Stories with Nancy Grace

Michael Cammarata and his 41-year-old girlfriend, Ayisha Egea, will be arraigned at Staten Island Criminal Court Friday afternoon on murder charges, concealment of a human corpse and tampering with physical evidence.

While Egea has been charged with murder and was present for the crime, police sources said, they’re still determining her exact involvement.

The minivan returned to Queens around 4:30 a.m. Monday, according to the report.

Missing teacher’s car spotted driving to Staten Island on Sunday night, report says

Wondering if the burning/charring of her body occurred on SI, and not in Far Rockaway area

I think it is possible the burning happened on Staten Island - good idea. They had several hours to accomplish it, and there are isolated enough places on the island - perhaps someone will come forward saying they saw/smelled something that night.

Grateful for the arrests!

My heart goes out especially to all the children who will miss Jeanine - her children and her students. Very sad that they have to experience this type of loss, in this manner.

"Michael Cammarata, 42, was a prime suspect in the missing teacher’s death Thursday and it was revealed Friday his girlfriend helped him murder Jeanine Cammarata at the Rockaway Beach home him and Egea shared, police sources said.

While Egea has been charged with murder and was present for the crime, police sources said, they’re still determining her exact involvement."

Sounds like they just ambushed Jeanine when she showed up. Does NY have the death penalty?
