This is great news about GR being arrested!

He is open for sleuthing now that he has been arrested for Jennifer's murder.

I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw that AWESOME word on the thread. ARREST, has a nice ring to it, doesn't it? So happy that justice can now move forward, hopefully full steam ahead.

Praying for the precious kids that they are getting a lot of love and support right now.

I believe he planned it. He set up an alibi, made sure to leave no evidence at the house, and got to the Y in time to make sure people saw him. He probably had staked out the site to dump her body before hand. I think if it happened in anger he wouldn't have hid her body, car, and phone so well. The phone I keep thinking he disposed of later.

Remy, meticulously planned this out, waiting for a window of opportunity to carry out his well thought out, yet complicated plan, imo. The motive was to prevent loosing control, a new life partner, and money/profit; life insurance proceeds, etc.

Although Remy created a ruse to appear that Jennifer had left him to start a new life. This was only a deflection to gain sympathy and appear to also be a victim, once Jennifer was located deceased; victim of a random abduction. He knew that Jennifer's body would have to be located to receive the insurance money without waiting for years..

Imo, Judge Frank Revoir, should be ashamed for setting his bail so low. Remy Ramsaran, not only murdered Jennifer Ramsaran, but meticulously planned it for days or weeks before carrying it out, imo.

Her murder was committed to mirror that of a stranger sexual predator kidnapping due to the planting of the cell phone(located by Remy), her muddy van at the high crime apt complex, topping the gas tank off days before, and the disposal of her nude body in a desolate area like a bag of trash..

Remy Ramsaran, obviously a calculating and vindictive sociopath, with no empathy for the mother of his 3 children, is not only a flight risk, but an extreme danger to others, imo....

This bothers me too. I only hope that Judge Revoir's recent political battle with D.A. McBride (who requested no bail) has nothing to do with this low bail amount. I hope that GR's passport has been confiscated. And I hope that he has no contact with the children except under very regulated circumstances where he has no chance of doing harm to them. In fact, the more I think about it, it bothers me that if he gets out on bail, he'll be right there next to Jennifer's parents on a lonely country road. That is NOT good.

Bittersweet is the first word that came to mind when I read of the arrest. Fantastic news!! Looking at the photo of him in shackles with his head hanging down = game over!!

How sad it is though for the children!! Thoughts & prayers for Jennifer's parents & family, who I'm sure, will be holding her babies extra tight & giving them loads of love.

GR said that the kids weren't missing the Jennifer of the past 6 months.:stormingmad:

He actually was arrested wearing the shirt my daughter and I seen him in one day when we went to the sight Jenn was found. We were getting info on putting flowers there and a light colored van slowed down by us as we were pulling away, he sent chills up my spine that day!!

Ooh...that's creepy that he was driving by the site where her body was left. Guilt? Fear (that something he'd forgotten might be found)?

So that would mean Judge Revoir would also grant custody of the children, as well as preside over the trial preliminaries, and the trial itself if it's held in Chenango County.
