I think GR's goal re bringing up a 3-way with the local (who appears to have stopped by to offer support when Jen went missing) and the married couple was to plant the idea and begin the rumor that Jen had been interested in such activity...to sully her rep, etc:

O/T but I saw a tweet about a lack of coffee in court here. When I followed the trial of Oscar Pistorius, I can tell you the entire trial would have collapsed if the court and attendees didn't get its tea, 3 times a day on the dot!

It's his courtroom so obvi he makes the rules, but it appears a bit over the top and rigid imo.

JW testified for 40 mins....Sooo, what did he testify to?

The jurors have been instructed not to read anything about the case incl SM, FB, etc.

But why are we not learning what is being said in the courtroom? What if we didn't hear from our WS poster who was in courtroom yesterday? What if Joe Mahoney was not reporting in detail?

But why are we not permitted to learn what is being said in the courtroom? What if we didn't hear from our WS poster who was/in in courtroom? What if there were not Joe Mahoney?

Who knows? Lack of tweets. But I think the testimony about the 5min chat before GR even mentioned Jennifer was missing is pretty devasting to the defence. It contrasts badly with the very upset demeanour he presented to police when Jenn was only missing 3 hours.
