Interesting that police picked up a signal, but when GR found it, police say he switched it on and accidentally activated snapchat. Or would it still have emitted a signal when turned off? Or maybe it had just gone to sleep?

Plane with 3 passengers, out of Rochester, NY crashed in Jamaica. Likely ran out of fuel, pilot unconscious due to pressurization issues.. No survivors via Fox News..
