He was at the Y from 12:22 to 12:42 per security video, testimony of staff and testimony of a policeman acquaintance who saw and spoke with him. He was wearing a sweatshirt and (I think) shorts. He told people there he'd run from home, and that Jennifer was off shopping that day. YMCA staff found it a bit odd that he mentioned what Jen was doing, as he didn't ordinarily do that.

New York State Police investigators found multiple blood stains in Jennifer's minivan.

Investigator Jason Miller searched the van and noted small blood stains on the interior driver's and passenger's doors and near the gas pedal, as well as a large blood stain on the floor in the back of the van

Miller also helped search the Ramsaran's house on Sheff Road in New Berlin.

He noted 12 areas of blood in the first floor hallway and two areas of blood in the downstairs bathroom.

Chenango County District Attorney Joseph McBride told Action News a blood expert and a DNA expert will testify Monday as to whose blood was found in the minivan and house.
