I've already ruled out GR.
First...he couldnt run from APT to Y in that time-frame and go unnoticed by cameras coming in from wrong direction.:laughcry:
His cell phone is an automatic GPS tracker as it pings continually off towers so PD has the forensics to where he was in approx vicinities.
His home office work and conference calls are via a VPN which is tracked and logged with his company.
His entire alibi is accounted for. Even strangers who saw him running...to people at Y...to people who saw after.

Now, this is intriguing. For one thing, it negates GR's assertion that Jen left the house a little after 10, if her phone was still in the house a little after 11.

Secondly, it means her phone was still in the house at 10:57. Meaning that either GR didn't leave the house to dispose of her body until that time, OR, that he came back and got the phone and disposed of it later that day.

I think she was showering when he choked her to death.thats why she was found nude.and had had the 2 long (bands) marks on her back. I can see how she had a cut on one toe , cut on her head. And marks on her body , from fighting for her life in the shower.the real estate photos shows the shower. Almost certainly, there was a lot of forensic evidence to be found on them. That's why they're gone.

Actually, I think I remember at the time of the arrest, it was reported she slept in the nude. Or she may have been in the bathroom getting a shower. Or going back and forth from the bedroom to the bathroom naked or w/ a towel around her (kids at school, and they lived in the country).

Sounds like she was killed on the bed (or at least wounded), as there was blood on the sheet and some sort of stain on the mattress pad. But also blood in the bathroom. Did she run in there, trying to escape? Or did he inadvertently transfer her blood in there -- on his shoe or hand or something?

I would also really like to know if GR used heavy equipment like dumbells for training. Because that may have been what Jennifer was hit with. I think he must have done, because I don't think you get that kind of upper arm muscle development without some sort of lifting and/or steriods. That's not a runner's build, it's a sprinter's.

I get the sad feeling though, that the only person with intimate knowledge about the equipment he kept at home, apart from Jennifer, would be GR's mistress, Eileen Sayles. I don't think she was asked about that, in court.

I seem to remember you can see some of his workout equipment in the house photos link that Jillian posted here a couple days ago. They had some sort of workout room down in the basement level, but there seemed to be exercise equipment scattered through the house.

The blood in the Bathroom is from the Main Floor Bathroom; one MSM article described blood as from the Downstairs Bathroom:

OY, I stand corrected once again. I was remembering this tweet:

Did they say which bedroom the light blue sheet came from? I'm a bit confused with all these levels of the house. It appears there's the entry level (first floor? downstairs?) where the kitchen and dining room and living room are (so is it that bathroom and hallway where they found blood???), and then the upstairs where apparently all the bedrooms are, but then there's the lower level (basement) where there's a finished apartment w/ another kitchen and also the fitness room.

The stain on the mattress cover has yet to be identified -- right? I guess that'll come Monday. And there's a stain on the blue sheet, but we don't know from which bed (I was assuming the master bedroom, but actually, there's another bedroom in that house which a light blue sheet would match better).

I noted that DNA samples from Jen's parents were entered into evidence?

Interesting this about the life insurance -- apparently Remy didn't file a claim until AFTER he was arrested??? Maybe trying to raise bail money?

"Victoria Angle of Prudential Life Insurance agency also testified Friday.

She said on March 11, 2013, Remy called to inform them of his wife's passing, but he didn't file a claim until July 2013.
Under basic insurance, he could claim $100,000 for Jennifer's death, however, this amount would be doubled to $200,000 since Jennifer's death was ruled a homicide.

Homicides are considered an accidental form of death under Prudential Life Insurance."

Chenango County District Attorney Joe McBride told Action News blood and DNA specialists will testify on Monday.

He anticipates his witness testimonies will finish up on either Monday or Tuesday next week.

Defense Attorney Gilberto Garcia told Action News he hasn't decided if he'll call any witnesses yet, but as of right now he doesn't plan to do so.
