This Remy quote says it all:

"The what ifs, the thinking back of what I could have done differently, you wind up feeling such guilt. Or about maybe I'll go with her to the mall, what could I have done different?"

He seems to be referring just to that morning, but if he was not feeling guilty before that he is missing a huge important component of the human psyche. Did he not think the lies he was living were at all wrong? He really seems to be a defective individual in many ways.

I think he's probably cleaned all the prints off - didn't think about gloves, or they would have at least found Jenn's prints.

John Michael Egan is a senior investigator in the Latent Print section, and he told PIX 11 fingerprints are still king, when it comes to evidence.

“Your fingerprints are totally different,” Egan explained, pointing out identical twins can have the same DNA but not the same fingerprints. “So fingerprints are better than DNA, we say.”

She didn't testify that it was "probable" that it was blood.
