I find it inconceivable that they would have consensual sex when court produced evidence of text messages between them that they had agreed to pursue divorce after the holidays. And...he'd just had sex with ES the day before -- did he get "high" on doing it w/ 2 women in 24 hours? Or was the high that he would have sex with her then kill her? Sick twisted ....
