He said 'having to do with cheating', so I wonder if the charges had to do with how he went about cheating. Such as breaking and entering, unlawfully gaining access to a computer system he doesn't have authorized access to, literally stealing a copy of a test owned by the school....

Just some guesses. :seeya:

I just saw that tweet. I think comparing his client to a pig in mud shows the same degree of sensitivity as Remy Ramsaran. Not very flattering.....

I also think asking rhetorical questions like that can lead to problems - the jury are going to try answering the question in their minds, and it seems fairly obvious GR might have killed to stay happy, stay solvent and stay with his mistress. Jennifer was right in the way of that.

He had mention this 17 years ago so my memory isn't real clear on details. I think he did mention about sneaking into the professor's office and replacing his paper/test or replacing a copy of the test. But he did enter the office after hours.
