Wow.... I wonder if GR was able to get approval by the Apartment Owner?

Hmmm...?

My thought as well but lnm never posted a update!:waitasec:

Comments made by LNM in no particular order:

He has taken DNA and he has taken a polygraph and entire house has been checked with luminol and all electronic devices that go online, phones, laptops and computers removed. LE did absolutely a good job.

GR has asked his father in law, since the day it was planned, to be involved to assist and for he and Jenn's mom to attend. I also sent a message to Jenn's mother about the event ....The last we knew Jennifer's father was supposed to come (Regarding the Shining Hope event.)

Unfortunately I myself am starting to lean more to number two, than number one.
I've already ruled out GR.
First...he couldnt run from APT to Y in that time-frame and go unnoticed by cameras coming in from wrong direction.
His cell phone is an automatic GPS tracker as it pings continually off towers so PD has the forensics to where he was in approx vicinities.
His home office work and conference calls are via a VPN which is tracked and logged with his company.
His entire alibi is accounted for. Even strangers who saw him running...to people at Y...to people who saw after. So that leaves:

If someone caused her harm it was a stranger or if it was someone who knows her it wasn't her spouse...or she left despondent.

So in your eyes an "affair" is the obvious?
what about rock solid alibis?
what about a passed lie detector test?
what about "other info not divulged" ?
would that change your obvious?...

Cannot answer to forensics as test results have not been released. Also nobody knows what may have been in the van, ex: shopping bags, purse, etc.

I cannot give the times for GR but can tell you that nearly everything that day, in some form or another, was either on record and accounted for via his work, surveillance cameras of places he went and people he encountered throughout the day and includes witnesses who are "strangers" that saw him. My understanding from GR is that he is accounted for in his whereabouts. It's the police's job to investigate and document his accountability. That is part of the investigation so that information is not released.

We don't know what was going on behind the changed JR. That is part of the puzzle. The changes were "not Jennifer." The best way I can explain this without compromising the investigation would be to say the difference happened overnight...and would be similar to what you may see with your own "daughter" from her personality of what she was at 11 years old to her personality at "16"...I guess that is the best possible way for me to say it...and more "actions" than personality changes; albeit, personality plays a role because at 11 years old you know your child very well so if something happens at 16 all you can think is...."that is not my child?" Remember...this "change" has "evidence" to support it. I am not talking about hair, weight, b*tchy, happy, clothing styles....the normal female changes.

LE never divulges if they passed or fail. I can assure you however, if he failed...he would be in that PD daily being interrogated. That I am positive of.

From what I was told, the family asked Remy to not do interviews.

Phone was found in the daytime, not evening, on the 12th.

There is no need for the husband to contact SAR. We've been told that Jenn's sister registered Jennifer with CUE.

All forensics are still in the testing stages and has not been released to the husband as to any results, if completed, as yet. Again..probably will not release those results as many investigations do not want info leaked. As in all cases I am sure luminol and fingerprinting have been done as well as DNA testing on anything that may have seemed like it could be a spot of something, etc. All routine. Nobody knows if she indeed made it to the mall. That would certainly help to know that information. Nor does anyone know exactly when the van was truly left in that location. Only by what a witness stated as to how long she believed it was there.

The family, in my opinion, is stuck in a state of despair. ("family" meaning Jenn's parents)...that is very concerning...and from what I see the parents are just too distraught and stuck...

They have a very well equipped gym in their home. so why was he at the Y?

First, let's not use the word "hired" because that implies money. Same as organizations. We don't get "hired"....we represent, we don't get paid. (Cue does not get paid either. Their work is also all volunteer to whomever above posted they were "hired.") It is still questionable as to what "continued" involvement JR's mom/dad has or had with KR. When we represent a family of a missing loved one one thing we know....the family wants communications from law enforcement. They want to know what they are doing, do they have any leads and want open communications. Ask any family how devastating it is when LE closes down and quits talking with them? The fastest way to close down communications is to bring in a private investigator. We strongly advise families to work with PD. If and when it may appear that they are not getting open communication and their needed answers...then they may want to consider a PI but even at that....we tell them their best choice is going to be one that their detective or police force recommends. There are many PI's that are retired from a force and have an excellent and professional relationship with the investigators and do PI work. Therefore, that is when we may recommend that a private investigator be brought in. To date GR has a very good (excellent) communications going with a number of law enforcement that are investigating Jennifer's disappearance. They answer his questions, they communicate, they contact him back right away...and they are reachable. And...they are doing a very thorough job. Do not think they were easy on him either. When I say they did a very thorough job...I mean they questioned him right off the bat very extensively and for very long hours....just as any other spouse of a missing loved one. They dot their i's and cross their t's. They are doing a very good job. When I say forensics, I don't mean just the regular "check for blood/body/dna" forensics...I am also talking computer forensics and all that should be done...is being done. No, GR is not hiring a PI to cross over what is being done appropriately with the investigation. He is following their guidance. He has conveyed over and again he did not harm his wife. I believe him.

Just for starters-- all above out of the mouth of the admin of LNM.

My thought as well but lnm never posted a update!:waitasec:

Just an FYI - I called the apartment complex's office manager yesterday. I've been trying for 2 days but only get a machine.

I did leave a message as I wanted to ask, A. - can flyers be distributed? B- did they remove any? C. - would they know if the mailman/woman would leave them? D.- have they seen anyone removing them.

Still waiting on a call back..

RSBM

This post is so helpful! Just wanted to add though, I should go find the post but I don't think I have time, I recall that attached to this statement she then added that all of these questions are 'hypothetical' ie she could not confirm that the lie detector was indeed passed, nor any of the other items. Just wanted to mention that because I don't think we've ever had anyone, not GR, not LD, no other insiders or MSM, state that the lie detector was passed.

Part 2 -

We had to shut down her page as people on Facebook were taking her photographs without permission and many of the children on her page.

Point is, he himself offered and begged them to do whatever they needed to do in order to finding Jennifer. His home was open to them. Anything they wanted...they could have...whatever it takes to find his Jennifer and whatever it takes to have them focus on finding her...his whole life, belongings and whatever they needed was an open book and offering to them; he only wants to find Jennifer.

Because maybe there was no such talk of seperation or either person wanting to leave each other. ;) Ummm, this is not true, at all - according to GR's comments!

In ANY case, until a confirmed knowledge as to what happened to a missing person...nobody is ever cleared.

How much gas is in a tank when the vehicle was found will determine to investigators just how far a person went. Luckily Ganesh had a pattern of consistently filling the gas tank so he knows...

...............................just some of what's been posted here. This exludes all said on the Jennifer Ramsaran blog page.

Timeline/Alibi?

She [CC] said she also firmly believes the alibi he provided police — that he went for a workout at a local YMCA while he believed his wife was headed to a Syracuse mall for Christmas shopping that day.

http://thedailystar.com/localnews/x1503756987/Report-Blood-found-in-missing-womans-van

Did GR tell CC that he left the home at approximately the same time he stated that Jennifer left for Destiny Mall which has been said to be at about 10:30 AM?

Was GR at the Y to work out, or to just use the sauna?

Did GR go for a run prior to arriving at the Y to use its sauna, or did GR run to the Y with the intention of working out?

I'm confused about GR's alibi.

Has GR's alibi altered slightly, or have I misunderstood it all along?

Thank you LivingJuicy! This is great.

How many times have we been told he took a lie detector test?
And have we ever been told he passed?? Why would that tidbit be left out?

  • #429
I need to go back and look, but I have to go out to dinner, but does anyone recall LD categorically denying that GR cheated?

I just wonder whether today's admission was a surprise to her.

my biggest question of all to Remy would be:

"what family told you not to do interviews and discuss your wife going missing"???

(I don't buy that)

<taken from all the facts you posted, LG>

also random: I did a thread one review earlier this week and noticed that Jennifer's family is from Arizona. (or part of her family)

My question is this: who lives next door?

Has Remy every gotten a K9 group to come and search around the car (re: tracking dogs)?????? Have dogs (tracking or HRD) ever been involved in searching of the property of in and around where the car was found?

!!

Well, compared to the statement that he went for a run, realised he was cold and happened to stop by the YMCA for a sauna, yes, this 'went for a workout' is definitely a different story.

However, it's also a statement by GR about his actions, as told to CC, as then repeated to a journalist...

another thought from the article today:

I never realized that Jennifer's dad found the car...

For some reason I thought it was Remy.

I wonder if Remy has pulled her phone records.. from online and shared this with police? (whitney Heichel's husband was able to pull her bank records, etc right away and help the police immediately! even tho they had to go thru the legal channels to subpoena the actual records)

the police in this case seem to still be waiting on them! (that is a looooong time to wait! I wonder what the hold up is? I have never seen it take this long)

my biggest question of all to Remy would be:

"what family told you not to do interviews and discuss your wife going missing"???

(I don't buy that)

<taken from all the facts you posted, LG>

also random: I did a thread one review earlier this week and noticed that Jennifer's family is from Arizona. (or part of her family)

My question is this: who lives next door?

Has Remy every gotten a K9 group to come and search around the car (re: tracking dogs)?????? Have dogs (tracking or HRD) ever been involved in searching of the property of in and around where the car was found?

I believe her parents spend the winter months in AZ and summer next door. From memory (could be wrong) they were away when Jen went missing.

Also from memory, dogs were used in the area the phone was located?

wanted to let everyone know i did go to plank view manor apartments today at 9 am est and there was no sight of any of jennifers missing poster

Would love to hear how the conversation that GR intended to have with the manager of the apartments went......Hoping for an update on the JR Missing Person facebook page.

  • #437
okay that makes sense now!

Very odd that she goes missing when they are away for the winter isn't it?

If she was close with her parents I am sure they have been an asset to the investigation.

If blood was found, it means it was messy - and perhaps relates more so to the spontaneous event more so than a planned event IMO. And if messy, I'm hoping that LE has more that was found. Hopefully they will announce something soon.

The blood may have been "messy" or it may have not. For all we know it could have been trace amounts, splatter, all over, in just one spot, or it could have been cleaned and only discovered with luminol. Sooo I don't think we can really say for sure that it was messy.....

Also, the article says that LNM was told from GR that there was blood found. Why on earth would GR tell her this?? Is he trying to let her know before LE makes it public so he can sway her (and the public through MSM for that matter) that it has an innocent explanation??? :waitasec: That's what I'm tending to believe right now. :shakehead:

I find it hard to believe investigators would share any info with him period.

I think he may be saying it because he knows blood will be there sort of as an innocent explanation? idk

He is
1) husband who cheated on his wife
2) talk of separation (from articles in thread one)
3) last to see her

yeah.. I am pretty sure LE is not sharing investigative data with the husband.

jmhoo after following way too many of these cases.

IMO, it's either a one-night stand fueled by alcohol, implying there was no plan to engage in sexual activity, or it was a tryst.

Trysts are planned meetings or rendezvous'.

It appears to me that those who engage in extramarital affairs must arrange "trysts."

Or perhaps, it was a one-time tryst not fueled by alcohol since it was planned?

Semantics: "I did not have sex with that woman."

And BTW, onlookers would not be interested in this extramarital affair with Jennifer's best friend had Jennifer not disappeared.
