Snipped

From the Finding Jennifer Blog:

She is an excellent cook but stopped cooking the two months prior to her disappearance.

Interesting...two months prior to her disappearance...that would be after she stopped working.

Perhaps GR is confused about, among other things, the times Jennifer supposedly stopped cooking for the children.

I don't think she did stop cooking (except of course when she was working and GR had to go get his own sandwich for lunch). I remember seeing something on his FB a couple days before Thanksgiving 2012 that she had missed some kind of activity because she was getting food ready for Thanksgiving.

I've tried to skim over someof the things that have been said about Jennifer in the past. They don't exactly help me think calmly. I just don't like them. But I am so glad now to see the lovely things about her starting to hit the headlines. Just wait, in a couple of weeks time everyone's going to be writing like Joe Mahoney, and desperately hoping no-one noticed their earlier omissions.

I really do think that any power earlier descriptions of her might have had - to do her her harm - has completely turned around. They can, and will, continue to do a lot of damage. Not to Jennifer and those she loved though.

I'm hoping that those closest to her can take some comfort that, despite everything that has taken place, almost everyone seems to have been left with a picture of a kind, caring, creative and loving woman. Truth will out, as they say.

Along with she would never ever eat a sandwich :waitasec: . So pay no attention if you see someone that looks like her if they are eating a sandwich.

But be on the alert for those women using Lite Italian Vinaigrette Dressing on their salads.

"Malarkey."

"The death is being treated as a possible homicide, and other possible causes of death — accidental or medical-related — have not yet been officially ruled out."

What kind of medially related condition would cause someone to strip naked and then throw oneself off an embankment, besides say the use of bath salts? Pretty sure the general public has ruled any such scenario like that out, as well as suicide.

Also...wondering if any injuries found could be ruled a result of her trip down the embankment, as opposed to someone hurting her purposely before she was dumped there. Or inconclusive.

That's a very scary thought, given how long she had been missing and frozen.

Yeah -- I saw that article, and was thinking -- really??? Even if she died accidentlally, who would throw her naked down the side of an embankment?

I think a medical examiner can tell the difference between injuries caused prior to death and those post-mortem. Even if frozen for some time.

Was "the list" removed from her lnm blog? I noticed that all "missing" info has been removed from JLRMP FB page.

Delete. Delete. Delete. We have a theme here.

Rest in peace, sweet Jennifer. May your family start to heal...

(RS)

Feel like we could've used a lot of these synonyms at various points in the last few months. Might save them to my desktop just in case they come in handy....

Yeah, I like those -- might even use one on a fake facebook page -- like "anti-bunkum" or something.

"For an eight-month period that began in late 2011 and stretched into mid-2012, Keith Wilcox, a disabled retiree from New Berlin, said he welcomed Jennifer Ramsaran into his home, where she worked as a caretaker for him as he recovered from a stroke."

So, she left her employment mid-2012, summer time.

Wasn't that around the time of the affair(s)?
And the time that she "changed" according to GR?
If she did "change" and that's a huge IF, maybe she did so because there was nothing left in it for her. Maybe she thought it was over.

Mr. Wilcox did disclose that he didn't think Jen knew about the affair (this isn't in MSM but I know for a fact he said this). Yet, she cited personal problems at home as one of the reasons for quitting. She probably didn't tell him, or perhaps had a hunch and found out during the months after her employment ended.

More on the changes: Personally, I would be seriously hard pressed to cook a meal for my cheating spouse, do his laundry, gel up his hair, stroke his massive ego, take pics of his new muscles, or take care of him in any way whatsoever. If I hadn't booted him out by then, the least I would do is suggest ES take on these tasks for him.

And I don't think for a second she ever stopped caring for her children.

My guess is that the affair started (or had already been going) in May 2012. That's when there was the event they both took part in and the fundraising webpage listed them in a way that made it sound like they were a couple.

Couldn't agree more with your thoughts about caring for a cheating spouse.

and hated whip cream.

:banghead:

Oh yeah, that's going to give us some clues to her personality, where she was in her life, whether she was the type of person to abandon her family - it just gives us so much more to work with than that she was active in her church and community, teaching Sunday School, knitting classes, and leading the local girl scout troop, and absolutely devoted to her children.

I don't believe she knew he was having an affair, at least not with her best friend, until perhaps up until that day she went missing.

More than one person gaslighting her during this affair because the other woman was a significant part of her and the children's daily lives.

Do not believe she would have been speaking to ES other than perhaps to confront her IF she had known his affair was with her.

More for the 'maybe list':

Maybe the little things on the list -- the salad dressing, the whipped cream, etc -- they are such LITTLE things -- but maybe drove GR crazy and that is what he remembered more?

Maybe by posting those little tidbits -- it makes it sound like he really, really knew her -- all the way down to those little details. Thing is -- he left out all the big details which was allllll the good stuff she did in life.

Yeah, it was posted over here -- somewhere...I remember reading it before I realized who the poster was and thinking it was the most idiotic list I ever saw -- I mean..,.if you wanted to take 100 words and say absolutely NOTHING of any use for anybody actually searching for a missing person -- it hit the nail on the head.

I'm sorry, I should have been more clear. I was trying not to be too obvious, as I've overstepped a few TOS boundaries lately. I was referring to GR :blushing:

oh, dear. sorry voom! i thought you were talking about the rentz's.
it just went over my head.

I was trying to be diplomatic... I was specifically thinking of one organization..

And JMO it was the organization's responsibility to take one step into the community to find these generous activities Jen was involved in...

Sunday School teacher...
Caregiver for a gentleman
Girl Scout Leader...

All very visible leadership involvement in the community...

OK, while going back and looking for the "list" I found a different list I'd missed before:
http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=199079&page=5

scroll down to 5th posting.

"any one is something that she could have done." -- this a list that suggest possible scenarios including living with hippies, or living in a casino earning money by gambling, or with a cult"

Does this sound anything like what a Sunday School teacher/girl scout leader/knitting teacher would DO?

This list was posted in response to a suggestion that she might be in some sort of shelter for abused women.

Home all day until she decided to go lie naked on the side of road.

'right after she programed her van's auto pilot gps system to the Plank Road Manor Apts., located at 95 Plymouth St Norwich, NY'..

'Malarkey'...

'Jennifer Ramsaran was another tragic innocent victim of the epidemic of domestic violence in the USA, imo'.. 'There will be obvious signs and residue of the cycle of escalation of mental and physical violence in this case, imo'..

http://www.wrcnrv.org/helpingYou/dv_3phaseCycle.shtml

THE THREE-PHASE CYCLE OF VIOLENCE

Many individuals that experience domestic violence describe living through a repeated cycle of abuse. It often follows a recognizable pattern:

PHASE I: TENSION BUILDING
In this phase the abuser may be extremely critical, bullying, moody and demanding.

PHASE II: BATTERING
In this phase, the abuser’s behavior escalates to physical or extreme emotional violence and the individual may feel completely helpless in controlling the escalation

PHASE III: THE “HONEYMOON”
In this phase, the abuser may repeatedly express what appear to be genuine feelings of remorse and may shower his partner with attention or gifts. The abuser may promise to “never do it again” or to get counseling. The individual who experienced the violence may feel relieved that the battering is over and may be tempted to forgive the batterer. At this time the individual experiencing violence needs support and information to help identify manipulative behavior. It is important to remain focused on safety.
