Going to agree with everything, LivingJuicy, until the "revenge" quote.

Revenge satisfies only temporarily.

Justice is called for, not revenge.

Living well (and Living Juicy) and seeking justice is, perhaps, the best revenge.

I hope I am posting and quoting correctly, this is all new to me. :blushing:
I agree - justice is called for and will be the best revenge.
Have been keeping up with the thread, but have no new ideas on anything to share. I keep hoping that we will hear something from LE SOON!

Random thought: I wonder if ES and GR are shacking up right about now, playing house with all the kids? I wonder if now that Jennifer is out of the way, if they've moved on to the next phase in their relationship?

Hopefully this is exactly what will happen in the Jodi Arias case!! :please:

I think jurors are wising up...

They will in JA's case...

And I feel they will in Jennifer's trial, too...

I believe now that GR is left to run the page things are going to get interesting. This is how I picture him :panic:

Wouldn't this appear somewhat...I don't know-nuts?

It would indicate that the desires of the adults, rather than the needs of the children come first.

Perhaps, if celebrities were involved, not typical good-enough parents...

Perhaps, if the parties were in their 20's, not soon approaching 40 years old...

Yep, totally agree! I think the words "pathetic", "selfish", and "stupid" pretty much sum it up. I could probably think of a few more words, but I'll be nice :)

I hardly think that good judgement and respect has been shown towards those children in the past, by those people, so why would they do thing differently now? Disrespecting Jennifer is disrespecting her beloved children.

Or... He might just kill the page...

Hi all, just reading through this forum today from down under as a link to it was posted on the Allison Baden Clay forum, a Brisbane mother of 3 children who was murdered last April. Her husband Gerald is charged with her murder at their home and disposing of her body at a bridge 14 kms away. Her body was found on the banks of a muddy creek beneath the bridge 11 days later by a canoeist. The husband was arrested 2 months later. His committal, a bit like your grand jury system but in a public courtroom before a magistrate, starts tomorrow to determine if there is sufficient evidence to send him to trial. He too was having an affair with a couple of extra flings with other women on the side. They were in big financial difficulties and police allege he murdered her to collect nearly $1 Million on life insurance and so he could be with his girlfriend who was pressuring him to end his marriage. He was the owner of a high profile Century 21 real estate agency and well known in the local community.

In Jennifer's case, is there any suggestion yet that she held life insurance? It seems to me that the location where she was dumped is fairly public and although it took several weeks for her body to be located because of melting snow perhaps, it seems like it would have eventually been discovered. So that makes me think, who did this to her wanted her body found. That does help a great deal in collecting life insurance.

Maybe one of your local mods can put a link to Allison's forum if you are interested, thats a bit technical for me.

Welcome to the thread, alioop, and thank you for posting! Thanks also for the summary of Allison's case, as I wasn't familiar with it.

I don't have the links handy atm, but a reporter asked GR about life insurance and he refused to answer.... but later stated that there was an insurance policy, but that it was an old one and hadn't been updated recently. I may be able to find links, one sec.....

Asked if there were any life insurance policies on his wife, Ganesh Ramsaran, a project manager for IBM, refused to respond, other than to say, “The police have that information.”

He also said the only life insurance policy he has for himself and his wife “was taken out many, many years ago” through his employer, IBM, and that no changes have been made in recent years.
