Police ask public's help in finding missing Staten Island man

John Heppard, 45, was last seen at his residence at 777 Seaview Avenue, the grounds of the South Beach Psychiatric Center in Ocean Breeze, on Thursday around noon wearing a black shirt and black pants, according to a written statement from the office of the NYPD's deputy commissioner for public information.

Police ask anyone with information about Heppard to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers hotline at 800-577-TIPS (8477); visit the Crime Stoppers website visit, or send text tips to CRIMES (274637), then enter TIP577.
