Jonathan's nickname is Johnny. He has multiple surgical scars on his chest and abdomen. He may be in need of urgent medical attention.


Jonathan was last seen after being discharged from a Rochester hospital on May 5, 2005. He was driving his grandmother's car, which was later found abandoned, but never made it home. His credit card was used in Florida after he disappeared, but its unknown if it was Jonathan.

Families Of Missing People Find Support, Hope In One Another

Ray Bradley is also waiting for answers. His son Jonathan Granison-Bradley has been missing since May 2005. Bradley was also at vigil for Brian Sullivan to support the Sullivan family, but to also keep his son’s memory alive.

“You have to keep going on because if you give up, everyone else will give up,” Bradley says. “You have to have it in your heart that you love someone so much that you are willing to fight for them no matter what it takes. You have to keep going until your last breath.”

According to Bradley, his son had a medical condition that required him to go to the hospital frequently. On May 5, 2005, Granison-Bradley was last seen leaving Strong Memorial Hospital and he was never seen again.

“[There are] no leads, no follows because the case went cold as soon as it started,” Bradley said. “Right now, we have detectives working on it, but it’s so far old, the trail is dead.”

Jonathan Granison-Bradley would be 32 now. He was 20 when he disappeared. Two days after he disappeared, we’re told his bank card was used in Florida.

Family members found the car, near a building in the area of Thorndale Terrace and West Ave, just a few miles from the hospital, and they immediately notified Rochester Police of their discovery.

“Four or five hours, they never showed up,” said Bradley. “They didn’t make it a crime scene, they didn’t dust it for prints, they didn’t open the trunk, they didn’t do anything but tow the car out of there.”

After he went missing, his bank card was used in Florida. Bradley said police didn’t do any follow-ups and he is very frustrated that his son’s case did not get a lot of public attention.

We’re starting to feel that PRD from day one hasn’t done anything, enough to show they have been investigating my son’s case,” Ray Bradley said. Holding paperwork, he added, “Here I have what they gave me … in 19 years I have six pages, one in 2005 and the other ones are in 2012. Since then … you haven’t done a doggone thing.”
