STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 75-year-old man from Elm Park.

Jose Martinez was last seen on Friday, June 2 at 12 p.m., leaving his residence in the vicinity of Trantor Place. The missing person is described as standing 5 feet tall, weighing 170 pounds, with brown eyes, gray hair and was last seen wearing a blue jeans and a flannel shirt.

The NYPD released a photo of the missing person.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the CrimeStoppers website at https://crimestoppers.nypdonline.org/ or on Twitter @NYPDTips.
