STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is asking for the public’s help to locate a 13-year-old boy reported missing from Dongan Hills.
Nicholas Porter most recently was seen on Tuesday around 2:40 p.m. leaving his home on the 200 block of Jefferson Street and walking toward the Jefferson Avenue train station on the line for the Staten Island Railway, according to a statement from the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
The address provided by police for Porter is in the Berry Houses.
Police described the missing boy as standing about 5′5″ tall and weighing about 200 pounds. He was seen wearing a blue-hooded sweatshirt and blue sweatpants.
A photo of Porter was supplied to the media by the NYPD.
