He was driving a silver 2017 Nissan Rogue with Florida registration KCVR35. Joseph may have travelled to Maine. Maine State Police is assisting the Washington County Sheriff's Office (NY) out of New York State in finding Joseph Fuller who has been missing since Sept. 21. Police have information that Fuller may be in the vicinity of Dover-Foxcroft. Anyone with information should call 207-973-3700 x9 and ask for Tpr. Pina.
