Family member stated that they have not heard from Harrison-Trent since Tuesday 01/27. She did not call her grandchildren, which she does every night to say goodnight. The family member tried calling her but did not hear from her. The family member attempted to locate Harrison-Trent at her residence and found that her truck was not there (her vehicle was later located with another family member who lives with Harrison-Trent)

Harrison-Trent's phone was at the residence.

Desperate Search For Woman Reported Missing In Riverhead: Police

Over the weekend, community members shared missing posters of Kathleen Harrison Trent, as her family desperately searches for answers.

RIVERHEAD, NY — Police and a frantic community are searching for a missing Riverhead woman.
According to the Riverhead Police Department, the public’s assistance is needed in locating Kathleen Harrison Trent.

On Thursday, January 29, Trent’s son reported that he had not seen or heard from his mother since the evening of Tuesday, January 27, police aid. Trent was last seen at her residence, located at 61 Forge Road in Riverhead, police said.

Trent is described as a 63-year-old white female, approximately 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighing 140 lbs., with blonde hair and blue eyes, police said.

Over the weekend, her family, friends and the community shared the news of Trent being missing on social media in a desperate attempt to find her.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Kathleen Harrison Trent is asked to contact the Riverhead Police Department at 631-727-4500. All calls will be kept confidential.

The open questions for me in this one is her vehicle being found with the family member she lived with. Did that person see her when they left with the vehicle? Had they dropped her off somewhere? Did they not have their own vehicle (why were they drving Kathleen's vehicle, normal action, or not)?
