Appearance was today. I don't know what transpired, but the next appearance is January 19, 2023 at 9:00am at the Nassau County Court. Nearly 3 years to the day of Kelly's disappearance. It's so frustrating; I feel for the family.

He was convicted around August 5th. His sentencing is September 19th.
