I think there's a good chance she's taken off for some reason.
She's kind of flighty - anyone who is "trying to regain custody of their children" wouldn't file for divorce and have a very obvious boyfriend. I don't know why they don't have custody, but to me this kind of points to a woman who took off. Hopefully.
OR, if she's not safe somewhere, the errand she went to run turned out badly.
I just think there's a good chance the husband didn't harm her.
wow----not alot to go on.........the "cell phone not working" bothers me.....but she had her coat on suggesting she left/may have left under her own power/desire............
The boyfriend of an upstate New York mother of three who has been missing since last month said police have told him to prepare for the worst.
"The cops sat me down and literally looked at me and said, 'Don’t plan on her coming home alive,'" Adam Siskavich told The Huffington Post on Wednesday. "They know something happened to her, but they don’t know what."
Siskavich's girlfriend, Kimberly Rouland, 32, was reported missing on Feb. 10. Her estranged husband, Thomas Rouland, 37, told police she left their Arcadia residence the previous night at 6:30 p.m. and never returned. Arcadia is located about 25 miles southeast of Rochester.
According to Siskavich, he exchanged text messages with Kimberly Rouland on Feb. 9. He said the last one he received from her was at 7:07 p.m.
"I know she was at home from the context of the text messages," said Siskavich.
Kimberly Rouland's stepfather, Hank Cole, told The Greece Post that his stepdaughter and her husband were separated but living together while she worked on getting her own place.
Siskavich said he has dated Kimberly Rouland for about eight months. He also indicated they were supposed to move in together the day she was reported missing.

What's that saying...something about being careful of what you think you know...??? YEAH, THAT one --> seems very appropriate ATM.
:shush:
Have SAR or cadaver dogs been introuduced to this case? Am wonder if the little pooches have sniffed around his car, place of business............this is not looking good at all.....
I can't post the link right now, but in the Webster Post article, it says that the police used about a dozen cadaver dogs in their recent search. It also says that the last activity on Kimberly's phone was at 12:40 AM on Feb. 10.
The article also says that Kimberly's estranged husband has hired a lawyer and is refusing to speak to or communicated with LE in any way (except that he stopped by the Fire Dept command post for Tuesday's search to inquire about the search). Husband Tom says he was cooperative "up until the point where they started implicating me." He says police have been "harassing" him.
Whoops, sorry, I thought I read she left her phone. My tablet won't let me edit my post. Ignore that please.Yeah..... really strange going-ons... I guess I could see this end in all sorts of ways. It seems like there was a blizzard warning the day before she vanished (not sure about the day of).
Interesting to me is the boyfriend says that the husband is controlling and she has to basically sneak call him, yet she left her phone. Just sounds odd for someone who sneaks around on their phone.

I don't see how moving in with the new BF would help Kim in going for custody of the kids.
FWIW, he recently posted about going off the grid living "into the wild" style...
[Stopping now.]
:rollercoaster:
What was the supposed business she had to take care of??
Did it have to do with her supposed plan to move in with her BF the next day??
Did she normally leave her home on foot??
