Seems like LE is concentrating on Echo Lake. Sent divers in and discovered evidence but no body. Lord only knows what he has done to her. I hope her family has a strong support system.

Welcome! You posted correctly. LE is surely trying their best to find Laura. Guess they cannot feel the frigid waters in those suits. The dog didn't look to mind either.
Does anyone know if the electronics in new cars keep so-called records? Hope that is not too stupid to ask! Just wondered if there is a mileage recorder for gas usage...something along those lines.

I've thought the same thing... I believe the vehicle was a newer Infiniti SUV, so one would think you may be able to gauge the recent mileage... IDK for sure....

Haven't seen it publicized too much, but MM's Girlfriends name is LINDSAY CAMPBELL. She supposedly is assisting police, but was seen with him at his apartment the morning AFTER he was with LG. I think she knows more than she is letting on...
OK - this may sound kind of gross, but when there is a dead animal on the side of the road or in the woods for that matter, you can usually spot it by simply looking in the sky and watching the birds fly overhead - crows/ buzzards - you see it all the time driving down the road. At this point, even though it's been cold, why wouldn't this tip off police/ search teams?

I believe in following the law. The law needs to be changed and allow for victims families to confront suspects in cases like this. An innocent person would understand such grief. A guilty person deserves what they get.

Mele is disgusting and stupid. He knows where she is, he could at least end the Garzas' family pain so they can bury their daughter :furious:

We're having another winter snow storm here (i'm south of where they are searching) so it might put a damper on the searches again depending on how much snow we get.
I wish the [link removed] would just tell LE where she is, and save them the manpower and trouble of having to search and let her family bury her properly. There's a lot of area that he could have possibly dumped a body in the counties around where he lives..
