''A serial teenage subway thief is in the wind after she failed to show up for a hearing in Brooklyn Supreme Court Tuesday, just days after she was arraigned on separate reckless endangerment charges for allegedly stealing an R train in May.''

''Randall is charged with swiping MTA train keys, hijacking out-of-service trains in Brooklyn and Queens, and assaulting a 54-year-old transit worker.

“The MTA, they’re not going to do anything or take action until someone gets killed. By then, it’s too late,” Thompson said.

One teen who witnessed Randall’s antics tried to warn her that she could kill someone, according to Thompson. Randall allegedly responded, “Oh well,” according to court documents.

Police said Randall’s hijinks date back to at least March and continued as recently as last month. In one incident, a veteran MTA worker said he tried to stop her but was violently assaulted and pepper-sprayed aboard a Brooklyn train.

“They had sprayed me and assaulted me — punching me, choking me, etc.,” the worker said, not wishing to be identified.

Thompson said the problem has been persistent and that he sees trains stolen almost every week, all of which are out of service.''

Wow, I guess I live under a rock because it had never occurred to me that one could steal a subway train. How scary.

“This person is a transit recidivist who keeps breaking into trains,” Joseph Kenny, NYPD’s chief of detectives, told The News. “When she breaks into them, she moves them, she steals items, train keys, things of that nature.”

''According to charging documents, Randall-Pizarro told police she had been video chatting on FaceTime with a friend while piloting the 350-ton train.

“I went to Broadway, and behold, there was a layup train there,” she reportedly told investigators. “Still on FaceTime with my homeboy, so I drove it while I was on FaceTime with him.”
