There is an obituary for a Lillian Lipscomb who passed away in Huntsville, AL. (The obituary is a pay site, so I can see only a preview.) The decedent was born on July 3, 1921, making her about the right age for this MP. There's another obituary with more info here, which lists her husband and children's names.

I doubt this is the same person, but it's possible. I wish there were more info available on the MP.
