Couldn't find any other info. Jersey City is quite a ways away from Lysander, though, and out of age range. He looks like UID's clothing could be his style. Even though his picture is grainy and lacks a clear view of most of his noticeable features, his nose and smile slightly resemble the UID reconstruction to me.
