Mabel Guiracocha, 16, was reported missing on Jan. 15. She was last seen on Centre Avenue in New Rochelle, and police said they believe she is still in the city.

Guiracocha is about 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighs about 145 pounds, and was last seen wearing blue sneakers and brown glasses. She is Hispanic, with brown hair and brown eyes.

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - A missing New Rochelle 16-year-old has been located and reunited with her family after a near three-week search.

On Wednesday, the New Rochelle Police Department announced that they had located Mabel Guiracocha, who was reported missing in New Rochelle on Jan. 5.
