Those are all the names they got when running his fingerprints I assume and they cant figure out which if any is his real name.

Note that Mr Mosley has no teeth as indicated in his NAMUS profile, as does the UID as show in the PM photo.

He "was confirmed to have taken a yellow cab to the area of Union Station, in Washington D.C. Mr. Mosely is reported to have an interest in buses/bus routes and could travel within the DMV area."
UID was found on the NY subway only 2 weeks after Mr Mosley went missing.
Also note that the aliases used by both contain the name Louis or Luis.
