Michael Ewing Delaney – The Charley Project
The only possibility I can think of that hasn't been suggested already is Michael Delaney but I have no idea why he'd be in NYC

Ears compared, there is this typical earlobe.....still hard to see. John Joseph Simons's has some sort of same nose and also the teeth seem to be more similar (some sort of roundish standing out) But also that is hard to tell. I wonder if there are any rule outs.....

Revisiting this and iam seeing his mouth looks really similar. So does the shape of ear.

I think he looks mixed, possibly Black/Latino. I also am troubled by the lack of physical details, given the condition in which he was found.

I came across this guy and he totally reminded me of this John Doe, so I thought I would give the John Doe a Thread.
Joseph Simons went missing from long island in 1991.. I feel this guy looks like the UID even his nose turns to the left like the UID.

Also reminded me of the story of guy that went missing in Long Island a while ago, then became a homeless person in a park in Manhattan and died on a park bench..he was recently Identified.. I cannot remember him now.. anyway.. that story went through my head when I saw Joseph and the UID. That could of happened here.
