Details of Disappearance​

Dytyniak was last seen in the Brighton Beach area of the New York City borough of Brooklyn on October 16, 2024. She said her phone and documents had been stolen on the metro and she had only $25 in cash. She has never been heard from again. Spotsylvania, Virginia police are investigating her case.

That's easy for LE to check if the person isn't a US citizen (or if that status is unknown), the database is easy for them to access. There may be a delay of some days in someone showing up in the system, but it's been 2 years so I don't personally think it's likely. She's young and very pretty, unfortunately could be a target for a predator.

It's unverified, but one of the missing persons websites on FB states her original missing persons report was filed in Virginia (possible family member there??) with NY LE being notified with the information.
