oh don't get me started on him or Rifkin I feel like they are the same ugh..speaking of them both

I had come across this woman and she just screams out to me as a Shulman or Rifkin victim because of the timeframe and her stats
I just don't know how she got into the treatment plant

She was apparently caught on the screens that filter out large solids before the rest of the sewage goes to treatment, so she might have been disposed of in the sewer or washed into the system by flooding rains--the notheast was hit by a major nor'easter at Christmas 1994 and she was found Dec. 30. I doubt if she was a victim of either killer; she was clothed and it doesn't sound like she was dismembered.

I found this site in Spanish . The post is from 2006 she was looking for her sister that came to the US from Bruno’s Aires and her name is Marcela. What caught my eye is that she mentions that her sisters husband is name Adrian. I thought of this Jane doe so I decided to post the link below along with the post below. I can’t find any more info though.

With the recent identification of Meresa Hammond, Adrian Doe is now the only remaining unidentified victim of Shulman. AFAIK from the LISK case, Suffolk county LE has quite a reputation, but I remain hopeful.

Still wondering why she has no recon, though.
