Any more info on the circumstances, maybe a newspaper article? This could very well be one of 2 unidentified men fitting the description found not long after Michael went missing in Niagara Falls.

Searching online for additional information, a lot of irrelevant results (e.g., a musician of the same name playing N. Falls area).

I would think the NAMUS information would include details about signs of surgery (re: the 2nd UID in Canada, linked), but i know there is often incomplete information.

Have you suggested your theory to any of the Canadian contacts and/or NAMUS contacts?

Pretty surprised that there's only one UID from Niagara Falls on NAMUS.

(Snipped)

My understanding, regarding the UIDs that could be connected to the Falls / Falls area (Niagara River, for example), is that the location where they are found wouldn't necessarily be in the Falls or the town/city of Niagara Falls. A decedent's remains might be found at a secondary location, depending on any number of factors, including water current.

If one is looking for Falls-connected cases, it might be advisable to search Niagara County, where locations such as shores and beaches in Youngstown and Lewiston might be feasibly connected.

I'm not sure where i read it recently, but i do remember reading that secondary locations where remains might possibly be found (from cases related to the waterways of Niagara Falls) could be far away as Michigan -- something to do with ice booms, as i recall one theory.

Another option might be to search NAMUS with keywords such as 'water' or 'shore'; the location filter could be set to include only reasonably feasible nearby states; alternatively, one could peruse the results, deciding which locations / circumstances seem reasonably, possibly connected.
