Some people simply should never ever have children.
I cannot fathom a mother who would abuse and kill their own flesh and blood offspring.
How horrific for this poor child.

This is so sad. IMO, the injuries noted on the surviving children is evidence of horrific, on-going abuse.I pray they can heal and are with people who love and protect them. RIP Jalayah.

What a beautiful little girl.
No telling how many other times she may have been abused. So glad she is now flying up where there are no slaps, kicks, screams, and who knows what other hurts her mother may have been put upon her.
Hoping the other children are already out of that apartment and placed with professional people who care and who can make sure there are no current cuts, bruises, etc., and who can let them know that life is much more than hurting.
Hoping "mom" will be tried, found guilty, and locked up for the rest of her life.
