I’m not seeing that this one is reported as missing anywhere but it sounds as though she was murdered and has never been found.

There was also a missing witness in the elder Pacelli's trial.

She was Nancy Sue Shelton, who was arrested with Pacelli in an automobile in midtown. While the elder Pacelli was in jail, Miss Shelton appeared before a grand jury.

She was scheduled to appear again, but never appeared and has net been seen since, as far as is known.

“I'm convinced she was murdered,” said William M. Tendy, a former assistant United States Attorney who headed the narcotics section here when the elder Pacelli was arrested.
