The tattoo does look like the painting "ecce homo" which in Latin means "behold the man". There are also some words in Italian that are censored due to being the same as slurs. Makes sense since italian is largely based on Latin I think.

He used to be Doe Network 5387DMNY (that’s the main source for the other page you found alongside a private Facebook link), but his profile from there was removed some time before December 2023, as seen in this archive. I don’t think he has ever been in NamUs (but NYC has a lot of gaps in their MPs listed there). His profile was added in 2021, but the case closure does not show up in their records at all.

Oh thank you for that info on Luciano . I wonder why he was removed. Maybe he was located?

Oh yes and Namus in NYC missing and Unidentified cases barely has anything earlier than the 1990s I have been complaining about that for years !ha!
It’s only recently that someone has been slowly uploading some older cases here and there.
