i think its possibly David Dar Gilchrist. He went missing almost a year before the suicide is within a few inches of the height within the weight range and has the stubble of a goatee. i just wish there was a photo to compare

Nevertheless, that is a really far away to travel, just to kill yourself. Especially when you live in the Pacific Northwest and could just jump in the ocean or disappear into the forest.

given the gap in time between the last contact and the suicide it could be that he went to new york to start a new life and his depression got worse there
