Officials are asking for help as they search for a missing Army Sergeant who hasn't been seen from the Hudson Valley for about a week.

I forgot to put the date missing and I can’t seem to edit the title if someone else can. Conflicting reports of last seen at 11pm 3/23 leaving work and between 2-3am 3/24 at the speakeasy

"It is official my brother Nick has been reported missing," a family member wrote on Facebook, which was shared by the MHA Dutchess Veterans Programs Facebook page on Thursday. "In the event anyone has heard anything or knows where my brother may have been since Saturday evening please contact the NY State Troopers."

He passed a bus operator training session from March 4 - 8, 2024. Was it in relation to his service? Is he an active service member? Do army personnel drive buses at different army bases? Is it possible he's been transferred somewhere without telling anyone?

Someone else said he was her Lyft driver, so that makes sense. Could he have given someone a ride from the speakeasy that night? Certainly something he was comfortable with, even if off the books.

Family who was searching for his car said he was supposed to be in Matamoras at 8am Sunday morning. He is from Ellenville, which is actually closer to Matamoras than Poughkeepsie.

I can say for certain that he wouldn’t have been transferred anywhere within the army national guard without anyone knowing. Anyone that’s ever been a part of PCS’ing can confirm it’s a process to say the least. The government doesn’t do anything quickly. If he were transferring, he would be given official orders prior to transfer, so it’s impossible for that to happen without anyone knowing.
