it was only an 'accident' to him because he liked beating the hell out of her and molesting her on a daily basis, of course he didnt mean to kill her, she was his punching bag, his toy- his way to feel like a "big man", why'd she have to mess it all up for him by dying? ( seems to be what he's saying!)
rot in hell you piece of sh**.

. :banghead:

Agreed!
It makes me so mad that the trial, his jail/prison sentence is all about his constitutional rights now, he'll get 3 hots and a cot for rest of his life, and other privileges, i say give sickos same treatment they inflicted on their victims-

I just hope he;s left out with 'general population' in prison so he can live in fear and get special "treatment" from men 4 times bigger than he is~
I know what you mean! They don't deserve anything more than what they gave. :behindbar As far as I'm concerned, they should be put on an isolated island with no access to the outside world. A very hot island. With no showers. And, plenty of bugs. Ooooops....now I'm getting carried away.

The mother of the accused was at the gravesite, but the mother of the victim was sitting her sorry azz in jail. Exactly where she needs to be for the rest of her life, as far as I'm concerned.
I'm with you, 2beautifulboys, absolutely no one could come between me and my 2 kids. No way, no how. Unless I'm dead first.
So who was the woman saying "I'm sorry I couldn't help you" as the coffin was being lowered???

From my understanding, it was Nixzmary's grandmother. How sad, huh? She could have helped, she just chose not to. Big difference, I believe.

The sorry excuse for a mother and the son of a step-father were sitting in jail on the day of Nixzmary's funeral. Which, in my opinion, they should rot in.
I agree with you....I would do the same thing for one of my kid's. Sickening, I tell you! LOL about your little one deserving it sometimes. I know exactly what you mean! But, if anyone ever touched one of mine....grrrrr....mamabear will appear. :behindbar

It looked like her mother. I saw the grandmother too, being hugged by her son. The grandmother is young, only 53. The girl who kept repeating that she was sorry that she couldn't help Nixzmary was young and looked like the picture of the mother. Nancy didn't quite say that that was the mother . . . she just said that it was a little too late. I think if that was the mother, Nancy would have had some crude remarks to make but then again, wasn't the mother taken to jail right away?

I think she will, I think they have a boatload of evidence. From seeing the picture of the momster, she looks like she doesn't give a @#$. Maybe she's received a beating or two in jail so far.

That part about her crying for her mother as she lay there dying, tore my heart out. How horrible. This woman is not even worthy of calling human. :banghead:

Ugh!! I know what you mean. As a matter of fact, I read in one of the links that this family did have a dog. Obviously, it was treated better than Nixzmary, since the dog is still alive.

Do you have a picture of the momster? I havent seen her yet I'd like to get a look at the animal. As for the stepdad I saw that scrawny looking little dork-boy. Shame on that mom for not helping her baby she could of took a chair and busted it over his head and had him knocked out in order to grab up Nixmary and run out of the house...there is so much she could of done and chose not too..I hate her.

This is a good article, too.

An excerpt from this article: http://wcbstv.com/topstories/local_story_020212828.htmlCBS) NEW YORK A day after Cesar Rodriguez spoke candidly to a handful of reporters regarding the death of his seven-year-old stepdaughter, Nixzmary Brown, Rodriguez' lawyer, Jeffrey Schwartz, expressed anger over the media's coverage, saying that his client was "being portrayed as a villain."

“I just don’t think it’s fair. It’s not appropriate, "Schwartz said. "It’s very obvious he’s confused, and for [the media] to go in there, to be slipping in among regular visitors and family, to take advantage of a person, it’s not right. And it’s not right for [ the New York City Department of ] Corrections to let you in there. We plan to take injunctive action.”

I would love to know why the attorney thinks it's not fair for the media to portray Cesar as a villain. If it walks like a duck.....you know the rest.

He's confused.....yep, I can see the insanity plea coming.
I believe that there are some who really are insane. Who really don't know what they did.
But from reading the interview with this guy, I don't think he is insane in the classical sense. No "I didn't mean to" from him. No "The voices made me do it"
No "I was drugged up and didn't know what I was doing". No from this guy we get "It was her fault. She was mischievous. She wouldn't listen to me. She ate my yougurt. They are mean to me here".
Nope, not insane. Selfish, egotistical, and stupid, yes. But not insane.
Edited to add: And he is a coward, only able to strike back at people to young and helpless to defend themselves.

I totally agree! It's all about him, isn't it??? And, :boohoo: , for the other prisoners being mean to him.
