Here are a few I found with a quick search. They seem to have the same features as UP8326Female. Maybe she looks older due to drugs/alcohol/homeless and some of the ladies below weigh a little more but maybe UP8326Female lost weight if she was living a rough life style.

Makes me wonder if this woman name started with an A or a B. The number 143 means love. I found another woman from 1979 with hearts initials and the number 143 also tattooed on her.
