Patrick Bland, 41, was last seen 2 p.m. Friday in the area of Washington Avenue and Elizabeth Street. He is described as a white male, standing about 6-feet, 2-inches tall and weighing 130 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a sleeveless shirt of black background and depicting a white, human skull that is sporting a pair of sunglasses reflecting an image of the American flag.
