A Johnson City man charged with assault for attacking his dad with a sword is the same man who was convicted of criminally negligent homicide two years ago...

A jury found him guilty of criminally negligent homicide, but charges of manslaughter, assault and murder were dropped.

Munck was sentenced to time served - 1 year and a half - and 5 years probation for Peter's death.
