Family seeks help to find Philip Lieno, 59, missing since Thursday

BROOKLYN -
Phillip Lieno was reported missing on Thursday after he didn’t return to his residence at the Brooklyn Adult Care Center on Pitkin Avenue. Lieno has dementia and is on medication.
